Red5 is a video game developer that includes a wide variety of talented individuals who have helped develop award-winning games, including the team lead for World of Warcraft and the lead designer behind the ground-breaking Tribes franchise. They were in development of their then top secret new MMO FireFall™. Putting a game like this together is no small task and they desperately needed other talented individuals to help make this game a reality. One problem, talented people are in very high demand in the gaming industry. The only way to get them is to poach them from their current jobs. Red5 needed a promotional tool to help convince the best of the best that FireFall was worth the move. The result was a 5 layered package that, at its core, held an individualized private message recorded on an iPod Shuffle from the CEO/CCO of Red5. Each layer was a box nested within another box like a Russian doll. Using concept art from the game, each layer brought you closer and closer to the surface of FireFall until you were looking at one of it's inhabitants face to face. In concept and in reality each layer brought the recipient closer to Red5 and they world they were creating.
